Why we’re Alike

We know that every woman’s journey with PCOS is unique, but our stories are strikingly similar.

Too many women are told to simply "lose weight," rely solely on birth control, or wait until they’re ready to start a family to get real support.

But we believe there’s a better way.

At Alike Nutrition, we take a holistic approach to PCOS care— one that sees you as an individual.

We take the time to listen to your story and offer personalized care that aligns with your lifestyle, preferences, and health goals. Research shows that nutrition and lifestyle changes should be the first line of defense in managing PCOS, but we recognize that no two women experience it the same way. This is why we focus on what truly works for you, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

We are here not only to improve your physical health; but to help you cultivate a positive relationship with food. We believe in supporting the whole you— body, mind, and spirit— so you can thrive with PCOS.

Meet our team

We are a team of PCOS dietitians dedicated to weight-neutral care.

Kathleen Reilly RD, LDN
Founder, Registered Dietitian

  • I founded my private practice with a clear mission: to help women reclaim their relationship with food and break free from diet culture.

Over the years, I kept hearing the same story— a person diagnosed with PCOS and given little to no information on how to manage it. They were bombarded with countless food rules like avoiding gluten, dairy, carbs, or encouraged to try the latest fad diets like intermittent fasting. Unfortunately, these approaches often lead to short term results and a complicated relationship with food.

I realized quickly there was a need to support more women with PCOS using a weight-neutral and intuitive eating approach. I believe that nourishing your body goes beyond just what you eat; it's about understanding why we eat.  Behavior change takes time and having a dedicated dietitian to support you throughout your journey is key. Our mission is to create sustainable habits that support your PCOS without compromising your relationship with food.

  • Kathleen studied at Long Island University and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Clinical Nutrition. She completed her Dietetic Internship at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital (NYPH), where she applied medical nutrition therapy in an acute care setting. Kathleen went on to complete a Nutrition Fellowship in plant based nutrition and culinary medicine at NYPH.

Kathleen continued her work at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) in an outpatient setting where she counseled hundreds of clients with various disease conditions, including binge eating disorder, disordered eating, diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, and PCOS.

Jennifer Kuscin MS, RD, LDN
Registered Dietitian

  • Hi there! I'm Jen, a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping others reclaim the joy in food through gentle nutrition strategies. Too many of us, particularly women, have been ambushed with messaging about "ideal" body types, hacks to speed metabolism, and tips for weight loss. This messaging can be even more prevalent for people with PCOS, as doctors dispense the ever-present advice to "just lose weight" in order to manage symptoms. My goal is to strip away the stigma about weight and to teach you how to have fun with food again!

I believe that everyone deserves delicious, nourishing food that doesn't cost an arm and a leg (or require hours in the kitchen) to prepare. My approach focuses on small, sustainable behavior and mindset shifts that add up to have lasting impacts on both physical and mental health. You won't hear me talk about fad diets or "clean" eating – instead, we'll discover how all foods can fit onto a balanced plate. Let's work together to build a new relationship with food that's based on trust, freedom, and joy!

  • Jen Kuscin MS, RD, LDN is a Registered Dietitian based in Montclair, NJ. She completed her dietetic internship with NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, where she gained experience with a wide variety of both inpatient and outpatient populations.

Jen has continued working in acute care, primarily focusing on orthopedic, diabetic, cardiac, and psychiatric nutrition care. She strives to bring a focus of mindful nutrition to every interaction to help patients and clients manage both acute and chronic conditions.

Antonia Nolter MS, RD, LDN
Registered Dietitian

  • Hi there! I’m Toni, a Registered Dietitian, dog mom, and former athlete. My interest in nutrition was truly discovered through my love for cooking. Food has always been a focal point in my family's traditions and I love how it can bring people together. Growing up as an athlete, I believed that my relationship with food had to be all or nothing to perform. When I found that food can be fun, all I wanted to do was share that with others - so I became a Registered Dietitian!

I strive to help individuals find peace with food while living a lifestyle that makes them feel good. Health is the sum of a number of factors which is why I believe in a patient-centered approach. I believe in providing you with evidence-based education on PCOS but also exploring your relationship with food and combatting what diet culture has taught so many of us. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my Golden Retriever and husband - we all love the beach! As a true foodie, I also love to experiment with new recipes or try out a new restaurant.
